He tried to force a mandatory tip on my group when the bill already charged us for service. His excuse was that the hotel kept the service charge and tip was separate. Service charge is tip. He was very unprofessional, rude and I’ll never visit this establishment again. Americans watch out, don’t get hustled. When they charge you a “service” charge that’s the tip! After this review I’ll submit a complaint with PROFECO for the emphasized forced tip.

Our first time staying at this facility and couldn’t been happier. The room was fantastic with a huge balcony and great comfortable bed and bathroom was perfect with great water pressure and plenty of hot water. The staff were helpful and very informative. The grounds are immaculate and the location couldn’t been better. There is a Starbucks on property which was great first thing in the morning or just relaxing by the pool.
