4.62769 reviews5/12/25 check in Rooms and location were good for a night stay. My husband doesn't speak Spanish and was treated with terrible customer service from the front desk lady. Initially I felt bad for her when we checked in. There were about 5 different people at the front desk and no one was helping her out when she had a line of customers. However once we got to her I was pretty disappointed with her rudeness when we asked questions. My husband is a diamond member and honestly should have reported her. Last time we will stay there.
I've stayed here too many times to count, it's close to airport and our plant. Shuttle will take me to both those. Rooms are nice, clean and comfortable. Workout room is one of the best I've seen...lots of space and equipment. Food in the hotel is edible but just ok. La Mansion restaurant next door is awesome and will deliver to room.
