Drinks are close to water which was expected because Im sure they dont want drunk belligerent guests. Rooms are ok, no different than the Holiday Inn. The rooms had tea bags and coffee but no coffee pot for hot water. The beds are not great but okay. The first night sleeping in the bed was horrible but I got use to it by night 3. Who decided to make all the adult pools over 5 feet deep? What happens to non-swimmers? While the average height in the world may be above 5 feet, it includes the head in that measurement. We can’t enjoy nothing pool related because we’re not tall enough. Secondly, what atrocious system you guys have in place with dinner reservations? We found the buffet very extensive and a good quality. The serving staff were very efficient, professional and helpful. Our waitress Yesica was all of these things. We would recommend the hotel to everyone. (We were travelling with 2 children - 10 and 12 years ). We especially loved all the animal life in and around the hotel
