I stayed here for 10 days and have no complaints. Everyone is very friendly and helpful, the rooms are spotless clean. The food was good and fresh, the internet was fast. The front desk is always happy to help you with taxis or anything that you may need. If you can't speak very good Spanish there is always someone to help. It's a very safe and welcoming place to stay.

Okay for a night. Nothing special. Terribly cheap windows, you can’t sleep as the wind is rattling permanently against them. TV has not 1 international program. No fridge,the safety box isn’t working. Very noisy, in what universe this got 4 stars? It’s like a 1 star hotel, even less. Not worth anything above 20$. Stay away, do yourselves a favor. Cheap mattress, hard as a stone which it was probably. Cleaning and reception staff was actually very friendly but the rooms aren’t really much to brag about.Never again. I haven't stayed at the hotel, but the breakfast buffet is outstanding. It doesn't offer an amazing amount of variety foods like some other hotel restaurants, however, what they have, is delicious, and the chef at the grill can whip up anything you desire in a blink of an eye. During the weekdays, women pay less than a 100 pesos, which is pretty cheap for a buffet with a limitless coffee and juices.
