There are 2 sides to the hotel, dreams and secrets, dreams for families with kids underage and secrets for childless couples/people.The food is delicious expect the breakfast buffet was decent for a hotel but for the price, it could be better. We stayed at this hotel last month, being our first time at a Dreams, since we usually go for Secrets. The hotel and the grounds are beautiful and in a peaceful and quiet location. Both Dreams and Secrets are on the same property and they share the spa. Check in is not organized and the staff does not pay attention as to who is next and who is waiting to be taken care of. We felt neglected and started on the wrong foot. The room is beautiful, nicely decorated, vlean,comfortable, has good lighting, mini bar, coffee and toiletries. I cannot say enough great things about this resort. The food was delicious and the hotel was kept very clean but it was the staff that was exceptional!! Antonio on the Secrets side pool area was so attentive and just a pleasure to talk to. The entertainment staff was just amazing and really did a great job with all of the activities. The rock show on our last night was so great!! I would highly recommend this resort to anyone!!
