Despite only staying one night, this Holiday Inn perfectly captures the feel of Cuernavaca, the “City of Eternal Spring.” The check-in process was slow, even though the staff was friendly, it moved at a snail’s pace. Once I received my key, I headed to my floor and was surprised to find the hallway where my room was located in complete darkness. I had to use my flashlight on my phone to find my room, which made me feel like I was on an Indiana Jones adventure. Thankfully, my room wasn’t far. I booked…
Beautiful hotel very tropical. Great service
Room is ok, service at the pool is not attentive, BUT REMEMBER, if you are coming with a couple want to enjoy a quiet weekend or pool, it’s NOT the place!!! It’s full of kids and family with kids and super noisy in the pool. If you come as a big family then it’s a great and value for money place.
