I made reservations in advance, but when we arrived, they didn't have any rooms available, and we had to wait a couple of hours for the rooms to be cleaned (not a big deal, we grabbed lunch while we waited). Aside from that, the lady from the morning and the gentleman from the afternoon were very friendly and available to help whenever we needed anything. The rooms were clean, the breakfast was good, and the location was great. Yes, I recommend.

I stayed there for almost a week because of a CE course in Mexico. The hotel was very clean, very nice, safe, and a very quiet stay. Your card for room is used to swipe in the elevator for your floor only. Very safe feature. I would recommend staying here for anyone coming to the area.
