He also freely provided information about the other benefits and services of the Hotel. He did a great job (Food service) made fresh omelettes for us and was excellent to speak with and tell us about all the ingredients he had to offer for the day. The service star was reduced because we struggled with our drinks at the bar the night before. We had a wonderful four day stay in the hotel. From arrival Edith Torres was sure to give us a great welcome at reception. Marco Dominguez's attention in the restaurant was top notch. Our housekeeper, Gabriela, was thoughtful and very helpful. At dinner time, Omar and all the restaurant crew were very attentive and made sure we had a great experience in every meal. The food was wonderful. I had a chance to attend two Zumba lessons and the teacher was very pleasant and the lessons left me energised and happy. Amazing stay. Great comfy clean big rooms. Great place for kids. The pools, the indoor pool, the go-karts and playground are super fun. Marco Dominguez and Fernando gave us an outstanding service at breakfast which by the way was delicious. Great place for all ages. Including grandmas. We can’t wait to stay again soon
