4.42761 reviewsLocation and service was amazing. We felt safe. The beds were comfortable. Staff were always ready to help. The only bad experience was check in day, we got in after 10 am and went to Chapa for breakfast once we returned we asked the front desk if any rooms were ready, we were told to check back in an hr at noon. I checked back every hr and no rooms were ready. Once 3 pm came new customers came and got their room keys. I understand that check in is at 3 but we should had been told no rooms are available until 3 pm
This hotel is walking distance to the American consulate and medical offices. This hotel really impressed me by how clean it is! Great complimentary breakfast in the morning, better than American breakfast lol nice pool area and game room. Definitely a great hotel in Juarez.
Hotel Mesaluna has been our home away from home. We came for the US consulate appointment, and we were pleasantly surprised that this area is very safe. US consulate, CAS, and medical clinics are all within 3- 8 mins walking distance. There are restaurants nearby and a pharmacy next door. The hotel has gream amenities, pool area, bar, gym, restaurant, laundry room, small shop. Van transportation is offered as long as you schedule it ahead of time. Our breakfast was included in our stay and it was a very delicious and complete breakfast. The best thing about the hotel without a doubt was the…
Planning your trip to Juarez
Ciudad Juárez is a border city visited with a purpose: maquiladora business, paperwork at the US consulate — the world's busiest for visas — or the crossing to El Paso. The hotels gather where that happens. The Pronaf-consulate zone holds the mid-range chains that live off visa appointments; the Avenida Tecnológico corridor and Las Misiones collect the executive hotels beside the malls, and make the most comfortable base. Our 2026 scans logged 25 hotels with a real price: from US$54 a night and a typical rate of about US$85, with little seasonal movement — the calendar matters less than the appointment book. Honestly: this is not a tourist destination and city common sense applies — app rides, busy areas — but the burrito scene and the border history reward a traveller with spare hours.
