One hour later still no water, I had to asked them to change me to another room. Overall I was more than an hour late because of this issue. I ordered fruit for breakfast, the melon was already bad, the waiter didn't even care to replace it for something else. This hotel has a good location and good reputation but the service is terrible. Room Maintenance Needs Attention The bathroom tissue holder in my room was barely attached to the wall and fell off when I tried to use it. It’s a small fix, but it made me wonder about the overall maintenance of the space. I hope the management can take care of these simple repairs to improve guests' comfort and experience.
Great place to stay for the night. Somewhat outdated and needs a face-lift but a pleasant place to stop nonetheless. The pet fee is very unreasonable as it is 500 pesos per pet, equating to 50% of the room charge
