Also, the shower had a design flaw that causes water to run out to the walkway and created a puddle needless to say we used all the room towels to soak up the water we brought our own towels thank goodness. Oooh also if you chose to stay here take some USB cables there are not that many regular out let's for plug in boxes. FYI type C to C doesn't work there as most phones now charge with a CtoC trust me it was challange charging my…
Love this Hotel. Clean comfortable rooms. Enjoy the view Mexicali if you're higher than the 5th floor. All-round my to go place always.
Bed bugs!!! They got me good. I reported it at 3:45am to the front desk receptionist took pictures and asked me if I wanted to stay in the second bed in the same room! Or if I wanted another room, I refused to stay. I waited in the lobby until I got a ride. Never got to see any hotel manager. Formally, they didn't make a report. I asked for a ride and moved to another nearby hotel. At the entrance, the breakfast dinner and bar looked nice . So far, my bank is investigating my dispute. Hopefully, I can get the money I paid for the 2 nights I had planned to stay. Rooms should be inspected…
