This hotel is garbage!!! Terrible customer service, the lobby smells bad, the elevator limit is 3 people at time and took me literally 10 min to be able to go downstairs. 1 towel in the room (really???) The shower is very low pressured and I’ve found lot of hairs, also it is very slippery (be careful if you have kids or an elderly person with you. This the worse hotel I have ever stayed at, if you are undecided please pick the City Express Plus, it is right next to it and 1000x better, I have stayed there before. To finalize, they have ONE washer and one dryer for the whole hotel, what a joke…

Pros: rooms were 90% clean, cold AC and great for a one night stay. Cons: they gave us a room key to an occupied room (scary), elevators are limited to 3 people and sometimes there's a long wait. Bathrooms were not clean in 2 rooms.. only 1 set of towels available in a double occupancy room, but the reason we won't come back was that when we arrived we still had to wait almost 2 hours after our check in time for the rooms to be cleaned and available. They definitely need to hire some staff and get a safer entrance (very slippery with rain).

Horrible hotel. I’d rather stay in a box under a bridge. The Front Desk staff is rude. The breakfast is equivalent to a homeless shelter. There are so many police eating breakfast, there are not seats for the people staying in the hotel. The hallway smells like a locker room after a hockey match. Disgusting. There is minimal hot water in the shower and it only dribbles out. Not enough to get wet. The sink has no hot water. The thermostat for the air conditioner does not work. I set the thermostat at 25 before I went to bed and I woke up. It was 13.5. Freezing. There’s some type of freaky devic…
