Service was okay, room was clean, my family and I stayed there for four nights in room #107 and It was really impossible to sleep at night , there is a storage room or some type of shop that you can see trough the window, they have employees from the hotel working all trough the night doing some type of repairs I believe, you can hear metal noises like banging, grinding and talking all trough the night. I’d definitely never stay in that hotel again.
Great place to stay at Pachuca. Everyone that works there is very friendly. Had a clean room and comfortable bed. Great view to Clock
