Very clean and the front desk people where very nice

The staff was very friendly, but don't expect English fluency. The rooms are clean and nice, but the rooms have had smokers in them. The sounds of the room (fridge AC, etc) were pretty loud. We got a good deal, so I would go back for the price. The restaurant was pretty good - we ordered off the menu instead of getting the buffet. They also found a crib for our 2 year old - many places charged extra.

Very nice hotel. Rooms are clean. Good amenities including a pool, gym, and spa with massage. No washcloths. Staff is friendly and speaks English which is helpful. The restaurant is white tablecloth nice. And the coffee is the best! We stay twice a year with a large group while visiting friends who are directors of a Children's Home here in Poza Rica. Large rooms for parties as well, which we have used.
