The 2 rooftop pools and bars were where we hung out the most, it is adults only but it is such a great relaxing vibe up there. We had the absolute pleasure of having Luis & Noah as our butlers during our recent trip to Mexico, and I can’t say enough great things about the experience. Ventus Ha at Marina El Cid – Great Experience Overall! I recently stayed at Ventus Ha and had a great time overall. I’d give the experience 4 out of 5 stars. The service was excellent —the staff were always attentive, helpful, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. Definitely a 5-star experience on that front. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a modern design and a great view. Very beautiful resort. I had a swim up room and the service was great. One thing I didn’t enjoy the most was dress code for dinners. Guys must wear closed shoes and pants for some of the restaurants. The food was good though and the experience was fun. But personally feel anything other then swimming shorts should be accepted.
