The rooms are very spacious and the bed are luxurious. The pool is warm and not deep; the outside area is lovely and very cozy. Service is top tier, everybody was so kind and helpful. The hotel overall is a tad dated and needs a bit of maintenance, but I’d stay here again in a heartbeat. The food is pretty good.
Beautiful construction - lousy operation! We reserved 5 rooms for a wedding for two nights. Last minute, two couples canceled for the first night, the hotel said - no refund! Ok, accepted since it was last minute. The next day, the late comers arrived and were told they had to pay a "penalty for no show"! I had to go and protest in person for the receptionist to back off (I had paid the five rooms for the two nights, so what additional penalty?).
