Señor Carlos worked the front desk and restaurant area and was as helpful as any hotel staff I've ever met. He was friendly, attentive and professional to us and to other guests. The other staff was also helpful and patient with our language differences. The rooms were clean and new and the beds we're comfortable. The breakfast had plenty of good options. I don't normally give reviews but I couldn't pass up this opportunity to highlight such great service.

Great experience all around. What normally can be expected at a hilton property, only downside is the shower is a lil small and there's no pool, however if you'd like to treat your self there are suites with jetted larger bathtubs.
