Some people at the front desk are very unprofessional. I went to the front desk last week and reserved the conference room from 8am to 12pm in advance for my Spanish classes, but when my Spanish teacher arrived today and we asked to enter the conference room, a different person at the front desk said there was another guest from Brazil who is more important than me because he has been here longer has the right to kick me out at any time if he wants to use the conference room, even though I made the reservation directly with the front desk and they had even confirmed it by calling my room. Great hotel. Big rooms, great location, could use some minor updating or improvements but overall great choice for San Pedro. Quite at night Good pool if bringing children. Only big issue for us was the WiFi Internet needs improving for our connections during business use.

Arrived at 2am due to an airline delay. Although I had a reservation paid with points, they claimed that it was cancelled due to no show. Obviously the room was there, available and paid for! They would not give me a room without another reservation. The front desk guy make a reservation “at the best available rate”, that later I figured out was $40 more than what was in IHG’s website! When I tried to speak with the manager in the morning, he was unavailable but “would get back to me”. He hasn’t… Avoid this hotel. IHG has other fine hotels in that area. Don’t support this kind of Behavior.…
