PLEASE, SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND MONEY AND BOOK ELSEWHERE! This was a horrible experience for my family. The floors were filthy in the room, almost as they had grease in them. Cockroaches in the bathroom sink. We have traveled Mexico, this is not standard. The customer service here was absolutely horrible. After bringing the insect problem to the attention of staff, we were treated as if we were being punished. The Hampton Inn down the street was acceptable, though they did harass my disabled husband regarding his US Government issued Service Animal. Thank heavens we do not have so many…

I stayed here for 1 day, and found the hotel cozy. there is hardly any choice of vegetarian food on the menu. But the hotel was really accommodative and did provide me with a vegetarian meal. The location of the hotel is great, lots of restaurants nearby (walkable distance).
