Armando, Reynaldo, and Javier were the staff who we interacted with and all went above and beyond for customer service, whether it was resolving problems in translation or getting additional blankets or personally escorting us to a doctor and pharmacy when one of us was sick on a holiday weekend and very little was open so we had to keep searching. Nice classic hotel not far off the town plaza. Be aware that the plaza can get noisy with music and fireworks during festivals, but this will affect any place in or near town. The restaurant was closed when we were there, but the staff was friendly.
They offer breakfast included and they apologize and do not provide any, they offer drinks instead. Screenshot shows this.
