4.466 reviewsThe management at this location are so great! We rented the entire hotel for a wedding. They were extremely flexible, accommodating, and honest and transparent. All of our guests were very happy with their stay. It would be helpful if the rooms were bilingual since the hot water operation was a little tricky to figure out! Most of our guests did not speak Spanish so that made it challenging to figure out the hot water heaters. Rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Well decorated and very clean. The hotel is located about a 5-10 minute walk to the center of Tequila.
Worst hotel in Tequila! Beds are like sleeping on the floor! The hotel is very noisy and the staff is non educated! I had to leave in the early morning but couldn't do so because there so called tour van was blocking me in. When I asked the receptionist to move it he didn't have the keys and had no clue what to do! I asked for the manager and of course like all these poorly run places in Mexico they didn't want to bother him! The manager is so called on vacation and cant be bothered!! Gave the service 1 Star because the dont have a -5 star rating!!
What a unique property and find! It's another diamond-in-the-rough; seemingly out of place for what it is. The property as it sits is only 8months old... so everything inside is perfect and very well maintained. We had a 2 bed-room apartment-style room, with full kitchen and dining room. VERY helpful for our family, 4-person party. This was a fantastic stay, albeit entirely too short. The attention to detail, the cleanliness, the service from staff are all without equal. I think my favorite part was how convenient it was to walk to get everything from food, to a haircut, to a tequila distiller…
