I rented a room for 2 adults 1 small child the guy at the desk said I was in luck only had 1 room left over charged me for 3 but gave me a small room with 1 small bed 2 pillows I asked for for another pillow they said I had to pay 40 pesos more I said I paid for a room for 3 I also asked if I could pay extra to upgrade and he said he had other rooms but I had to rent that separately I was like what???? I paid for 3 he said I'm sorry you already rented the other one can't upgrade unless I kept that room and rented another one so the guy at the front desk tried to cheat us or should I say he d…
The reason I give it three stars. Is mostly because of the toilet. I don't know if it's normal in the area. But that's what it was very low to the floor and very close to the wall. So if i either sit down or pee standing up, at least for me, I have to lean my thigh against the wall. It's a very awkward position. It was nice for what it was.
