Great hotel, great location but careful if you make a reservation online and choose to pay in pesos if paying with a U.S. card, twice I got charged more then I should have and they claim they couldn’t correct it on the spot but would get me next time. I don’t travel often so wonder will next time will be. A reservation glitch between corporate and your hotel is NOT the clients fault but the companies! Issues like these should be fixed on the spot!
I loved it the both times I stayed there and that’s the reason why I keep on going back however this time around was left. Room wasn’t that clean hair all over the floor and other stuff I asked politely if they can clean it. The guy in reception told me of course we apologize for this inconvenience but when I came back from my event the room was the same with the exception of the beds being done. That’s why I rate a 3 and rooms a 2.
