This would have been my third time here, had it not been that they decided to cancel my reservation last minute. I called ahead of time letting them know I was arriving after midnight due to flight delay, they reassured me I still had my reservation, I get there and there's no more rooms! No explanation, just no rooms. So the worst experience ever! Let me start by saying this is not totally Ramada inns fault. I thought I was on the Ramada inn website. Price was right, location & shuttle to airport. A company called Guest relations actually put me at the wrong Ramada inn, I was an hour away( Traffic). No shuttle service. When I called GS I was given a huge runaround. Told shuttle would be coming within 20 minutes. They also told me to check “Priceline”for my questions.
