4.51425 reviewsI would avoid this Hotel totally. The location is in an industrial zone, the air quality in and around the Hotel is awful. From the check in with grumpy staff to the dim ligting throught out the hotel, its depressing to be here. There place is grim, its so dark its obvious they are trying to save money on lighting costs. The Corporate video shown on the TV is a million miles away from the reality. The shower takes 10 minutes to warm up and is one small spray of water once it becomes warm. This is a nice hotel with a very friendly staff. The bed was very comfortable and for once in a long time while staying in a hotel, the thermostat worked and kept the room at a nice temperature. While the side roads nearby are rough and filled with potholes, the main ones were ok.
The rooms are tiny. The food is atrocious, I arrived late and ate at the restaurant ordered a tampiquena steak. The meat looked like a flappy piece that was purchased at a meat market selling it at discount just to get rid of it. The meat was lukewarm, no melted cheese with veggies, cold beans and the emolada consisted of a tostada chip with a mole sauce. They didn't have knives so I had to use a butter knife to saw off a piece. I convinced myself that I didn't need to endure this torture and left. The service, or lack thereof,consist of young people that are bothered when you request anything…
