4.12369 reviewsIt was absolutely horrible. See photos please. From almost no pillows to falling apart bedding! Reception absolutely oblivious and unhelpful. Why would they do anything for you, you just paid in full. Horrible!!!
Good enough for spending a couple of nights for business or personal issues.
A comfortable and clean hotel, but the thing that made this hotel stand out was how friendly and helpful the staff were. A special mention to Jessica on the front desk who went out of her way to help us sort out our car hire problem, her kindness and support were invaluable. The hotel manager also came to chat with us, a gesture that made us feel valued as customers, sadly I didn't get his name. This is a reasonably priced hotel with plenty of parking and self service coffee is available in the foyer at all hours, which was also a plus point! Worthy of all 5 stars.

Honestly: Toluca is a practical stop more than a destination — the prize is the Nevado de Toluca, whose crater lakes sit ninety minutes away, and the arcades: green chorizo and queue-free museums.
