Beautiful hotel! Food was amazing! The beds were comfortable and beautiful scenery off the deck. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff were professional and accommodating for our bigger party, they were able to get us room last minute with no reservations. We had a wonderful stay and so thankful to experience the beauty of this hotel. My only complaint was the sewers smells that roamed the room at night. Other than that great place stay if needed I would probably stay again.

It is a great hotel, the staff provides excellent service. It has nice facilities and professional staff at the spa. Unfortunately the restaurant is overpriced; it's good, but advantageous on their pricing policy (for example: their hamburger is worth the same as a Gordon Ramsay’s one 😀 and the truth is, it's quality is not even close). ….

Cannot link the wifi in the hotel with my MacBook, only can link it with my phones. Safe place because it’s enclosed in a community, only people stay inside can enter. Environment good with an outdoor hot spring. Bed very big and comfortable(unlike many hotels in Mexico). Restaurant good but very expensive.
