Zero stars. Old hotel with old rooms, a smell in the hallways. Stains in all the hallways (see foto). The was NO WATER for almost 12 hours and no one was notified or helped. We still had to pay full price of the stay. The gym is old, and I would not step a foot in the saunas. There were NO extra towels for the pool or the sauna. Don’t stay there.

Amazing housekeeping lady. Our only good point during our stay. Great grounds but no care to it. Outdated rooms. Low level customer service. There was willingness but no knowledge or support for the staff to improve. Good location. Central. Would NOT return (and it was the only passable option in Xalapa…).

Wouldn't recommend it!!!!! Rooms are outdated, and some of the electric outlets of our room didn't work. Seems like the rooms used to have a mini-fridge, but that was removed and not covered. The hotel stopped having water at night while I was showering, and we had to go down to reception to notify them because the phone didn't work. When we arrived, the elevator was stuck, which honestly was the first red flag. The emergency exit stairs have only 50% of the lights working.
