Now, I must start saying that I would likely come back to this hotel, the price is fair, rooms are spacious, customer service is great, and the location is just spot on. They have a restaurant, but I didn't use it, so they gave me a discount for not including the breakfast. They have parking 24/7 100ft around the corner with safety guard the whole time. I had an issue during the night with the AC unit, and they gave me a different room at that time. This was amazing, and I…
It's a very decent middle-class hotel. Nothing fancy or luxurious, but the room was spacious and clean, it had everything you needed, it was quiet. Parking is available 50 m down the road, the breakfast has a rather limited choice but the quality is ok - just the coffee could have been better, given that this is the state of Veracruz. All in all, very good value for money.
