4.31303 reviewsWent here last month and service from the hotel side was very unwelcoming. I speak fluent Spanish so it wasn’t even a language barrier issue. They never answered the phone. When we asked if they had water bottles for sale or a water bottle refill station the reception was very rude and condescending. It was 90 degree heat and there was no water or ice available and no stores nearby. Restaurant staff were very hospitable and welcoming! Food was a 3/5. The rooms very super spacious! but the towels and comforter were a bit dirty; they had yellow and dark grey spots. The shower-head was broken a…
