Good hotel , clean and simple, good restaurant and weekend breakfast buffet , on highway so choose room towards the back. Has a pool . Good service.

This is an awesome hotel if you get there with no reservation and there are rooms available. In such a sense, it is one of two best hotels around the area, being the other one Hacienda Cocoyoc. Otherwise, the hotel has considerable issues that brings its service quality to 3*, comparable to (or even lower than) Club Dorado's. It all begins (the low quality) with a call to reservations. Best hostes of all town! The staff is friendly, helpful and very polite (they will smile back!) Rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable and have everything you need to rest and relax. Full connectivity to internet, an office room, gym, pool, jacuzzi and a restaurant. The most equipped ones have a coffee brewer and a small refrigerator (yes I have been in them all).
