It's good for a night or two. Basic but comfy and with breakfast included. The bees option for a fast business trip.

During my stay at One Puebla Finsa, I found the hotel to be clean and well-maintained. However, the breakfast was mediocre, with the same items served every day. On the last day of my stay, I realized I had lost my wireless earphones. I reported this to the reception, but I received no follow-up. Attempts to contact the hotel through their website form were also ignored. Interestingly, my earphones were logged at the hotel on July 17, seven days after my departure. I request the hotel to contact me regarding this matter and assist in recovering my lost earphones.

Wonderful employees! Very accommodating and friendly. Fairly simple but nice room. Good beds. Secure parking. Handicap accessible with elevators. I would stay here again.
