This is a lovely hotel with beautiful, very clean rooms and a fantastic swimming pool. However, we had a strange experience with one of the rules: the staff requested that we avoid wearing makeup, warning that we’d be charged if they found any stains on the towels. This policy felt a bit unusual😅. Aside from that, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the hotel’s amenities.
This is a very unique property that makes you feel like you're staying in a treehouse in a tropical setting. The center focal point is a very large pool. Hamacas are strung between the trees for rest and relaxation. The beds are very comfortable, the walk-in shower is great with plenty of hot water. Body wash, shampoo and conditioner are also provided. The only negative, which Coconut by OOL has no control over, is the ATV/Side-by-Side noise.
