3.8253 reviewsRooftop bar/restaurant that's part of a small hotel. It's a nice opportunity to see the town from a different perspective.. from above. There's also a tiny pool up there — like.. really tiny. Honestly couldn't imagine swimming or even hanging out in it :-) The food was actually pretty good though, the staff were super, service was fast and my michelada was perfectly chilled. Fun little place to grab a bite and enjoy the view.
Awesome place and literally in the best location you could stay. We got there early and wanted to leave our luggage, but they told us we could access our room already. Walking distance from the beach and restaurants, and thirty minutes in bike to each of the two main beaches. Will definitely stay here again.
Just don't go here. To start with the positive, the rooftop terrace is fun and has a good view. The location is very close to the beach and bars/restaurants. However, the music was so loud we could not sleep, it was like we were down there on the dance floor. So after one night (we booked and already paid for 3 nights) we asked if anything could be arranged. That was not possible. We decided to book another hotel just a bit down the road but kept the key from our apartment at Mittoz (because of its big fridge and balcony to maybe chill a bit). Honestly: getting here takes effort — two and a half hours from Cancún plus a ferry — mosquitoes and sandflies show up the moment it rains, nearly everything is paid in cash, and when the island fills, its services strain.
