This is a dirty and noisy little place. The rooms have a dirty feeling, although they get cleaned daily - the windows are filthy, as if nobody ever cleans them. We booked at the Spirit for 2 weeks, but after staying there just 3 days, we moved to another place that's right by the ocean and much cleaner. At the Spirit Hotel they do have a higher tier room that they offered us, but it was no better in any sense, we did not take their offer. I have to say they had a talented photographer to take the pictures of their rooms, in-person they are not nice at all... The toilet in our room flooded th…
