4.41363 reviewsFirst. I am American and was scared to stay anywhere! The staff was nice and a really easy check-in. The TV is a great size, shower is great & there was a basket of goodies on my bed. Air conditioning was great. The chair in my room could be replaced. After all this, I laid down from the tiredness I had brought with me. Then the room service keeps calling my room. They apparently gave me the wrong room and requested I moved. 🙃 Long story short, they took the basket and other things out of the room and left me in here. I thought it was really rude and not a good welcome. They need to hire a…
Spent five nights here to process visa. Price was good and the hotel does the trick. Good wifi, good shower, good bed, good AC, desk to work in and very friendly staff. Best of all is the location across the street from misiones mall. Has great food option walking distance, food court at the mall, and just across the street from the consulate, the CAS and medical clinics. You do have to go up a pedestrian bridge to cross the street to get to consulate so keep that in mind for elderly/handicapped. Overall its about a 6-7 min walk to the consulate. The hotel has a small pool and a small gym. The…
Stay here for multiple weeks super convenient location right beside mall for multiple food options short walking distance to consulate and clinics. Great management staff took care of all my needs and worked with my dates to get me a room last minute. If you are in Juarez for a longer stay then 2 weeks I recommend this hotel especially with the kitchen and short uber rides to grocery stores.
Planning your trip to Juarez
Ciudad Juárez is a border city visited with a purpose: maquiladora business, paperwork at the US consulate — the world's busiest for visas — or the crossing to El Paso. The hotels gather where that happens. The Pronaf-consulate zone holds the mid-range chains that live off visa appointments; the Avenida Tecnológico corridor and Las Misiones collect the executive hotels beside the malls, and make the most comfortable base. Our 2026 scans logged 25 hotels with a real price: from US$54 a night and a typical rate of about US$85, with little seasonal movement — the calendar matters less than the appointment book. Honestly: this is not a tourist destination and city common sense applies — app rides, busy areas — but the burrito scene and the border history reward a traveller with spare hours.
