4.32382 reviewsNot only is the hotel beautiful, the pillows are hands down the best hotel pillows I've ever had. Even better than the pillows I have at home. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. We loved that the balconies looked into the swimming pool and restaurant area. It is a very unique setup that feels original to the area. Also, add the breakfast. Soooooo worth it. Fresh food every morning and friendly staff. The hotel also has many saftey precautions to help their guest feel safe. With security at the front doors and elevator access only to hotel guests. The swing pool is great an a p…
Very disappointed of our visit. We had no smoking g rooms one smelled like cigarettes. Building carpet smells no fridge in units TV was not working, ac issues. Staff just brushed it off. I had not been back for about 5 years it was our to go place Not any more sadly. The quality of the rooms services and amenities have been depleted. Not sure if ownership ansamagment changes. But this place is no longer a 5 star.
I recently stayed at this hotel and my experience was extremely disappointing. The reception personnel were unfriendly and unprofessional, failing to create a welcoming atmosphere. The cleanliness of the room was subpar, with a dead cockroach under the desk that remained unaddressed for the entirety of my three-day stay. This neglect raises serious concerns about the overall hygiene standards of the hotel. Furthermore, the safety measures at the hotel are inadequate, with an unguarded and poorly lit parking lot that poses significant risks to guests, especially when combined with the presenc…
Planning your trip to Juarez
Ciudad Juárez is a border city visited with a purpose: maquiladora business, paperwork at the US consulate — the world's busiest for visas — or the crossing to El Paso. The hotels gather where that happens. The Pronaf-consulate zone holds the mid-range chains that live off visa appointments; the Avenida Tecnológico corridor and Las Misiones collect the executive hotels beside the malls, and make the most comfortable base. Our 2026 scans logged 25 hotels with a real price: from US$54 a night and a typical rate of about US$85, with little seasonal movement — the calendar matters less than the appointment book. Honestly: this is not a tourist destination and city common sense applies — app rides, busy areas — but the burrito scene and the border history reward a traveller with spare hours.
