Unfortunately due to a death in the family we ended up here at this hotel. It was 9 mins away from the funeral home. It was hard to get access to the parking garage. If you stay there and have a car- make sure to ask about coming into the garage. When are the garage gates closed.

The hotel was wonderful, even better than I expected. The price was ok... There were excellent restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely stay there again. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check-in and the cleaning staff, were delightful and always willing to help.

This could have been 5 stars. Hotel is clean, staff is attentive and breakfast was good. However, half way through the stay they asked us to move to another room because they were planning to do maintenance to the floor where we were on. When asked why did they put us in that room in the first place if maintenance was planned, they couldn't answer. I asked them to wait until we checked out but they refused. Obviously an inconvenience for us that the hotel could have avoided if they planned ahead. Shame because it could have been a very nice stay.
