4.3397 reviewsGood value for money, however it can be pretty noisy. The bathroom was ok, the water was only just tepid however. Location wise is perfect just couple of blocks from main square. The staff were great (especially Mabel the dog); they helped me book a taxi to the airport which was nice. Also had a very cheap onsite laundry service which was very convenient.
Such a gem in san Cristobal!the staff is great and the room service as well! The rooms clean and comfy. Only complaint is no smoking area no balcony or yard. The lobby closes early and there is no privacy or place for a phone call
I stayed in late November 2017 for over a week. I am very satisfied with the value received for the price paid (I got a deal online). Other reviews mentioned it being dark in the lobby--yes, it usually was--and in the rooms--my room was well lit. The lobby is full of plants, which I love. The owner, Susana, speaks good English, is helpful and friendly. The location is convenient to the city center. Just know that there is a church across the street that rings its bells at 7a.m. every day--but there are many churches in the city so good luck with that. I did have a problem one day with a rath…
