The grounds were immaculate and very clean. Our room was decorated for our anniversary upon our arrival (so thoughtful) with champagne and roses. However, most of Patricia Vasquez was particularly helpful with any and all request we had. She was authentically nice, concise, considerate and very polite and positive. I had a wonderful stay at Secrets Resort Los Cabos. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, the facilities were well-maintained, and the food was excellent. I especially enjoyed the dinner options, which were diverse and delicious. If I could suggest improvements, I would recommend keeping the pool bar open later in the afternoon to make the most of the relaxing atmosphere. My husband and I came here to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary. This was our first time to Los Cabos, but second time at a Sectets resort.The exterior of the hotel is beautiful as well as the landscaping. It’s even more beautiful at night. We arrived before check in, so we went to grab lunch in the market cafe. It was disgusting. I walked around and grabbed pasta salad and a roll as the food looked very unappetizing.
