AAA booked this for us and therefore i wasn't sure what to expect. The king size bed was the most comfortable ever as well as the pillows! This room was the cleanest, most immaculate room we've ever stayed in! It was large and renovated so beautifully! The bathroom is spa quality! 10/10. Jaime has been a master at communicating with me via email prior to my arrival and throughout our stay. He set up an airport transfer, and the driver was there waiting for us holding up our name. Really nice hotel loved the location, I had no problem towards the end. I realized I was missing some stuff and staff reassured me nothing was left behind when I know for a fact I left them behind and I’m positive the staff kept them and said otherwise. It’s really upsetting because they should’ve checked cleaning staff personal items like how it’s done in the states but they did nothing and didn’t get an apology.
