If I could give it 10 stars, I would! Jorge and the rest of the staff were exceptional. They made us feel like family in the hotel like our home. Five minutes walk from the center away from the hustle and bustle gives you the tranquility and the views of San Miguel the rooms are excellent. The service outstanding would recommend it to anyone who is thinking of coming to San Miguel.
Better than 4 but not quite a 5. We would stay here again if for no other reason than the fantastic staff. Omero especially was incredibly friendly and helpful. Things to know: there is an extra charge for eggs with your otherwise included breakfast (currently 150 pesos) that you aren't told or until checkout. You will have to walk up at least one flight of stairs. You will have to walk uphill to return from town if you don't catch an Uber. Ask and Omero will open the hot tub and get you a towel.
