I mean... my own fault for staying at a Holiday Inn, right? Desk staff was totally unhelpful when I asked to divide part of the stay on a business card and then my weekend on my personal card. Then today someone from maintenance just throws my door open without knocking. I went out into the hall and he didn't even acknowledge his error as he went from room to room doing the same. When I went to report it to the front desk I asked the guy if that was standard practice. He said, "I don't know." So staff at this hotel is unsure if it's ok to enter guest rooms without knocking. The breakfast was AMAZING and the server Gabriela was an absolute dear!! She was incredibly sweet and took the time to share some recommendations of things to check out in the city. Would definitely stay here again!!

The location is like an island. Difficult to walk anywhere close to get good food or a coffee. The coffee at the hotel is terrible. No morning, latte, espresso etc.. , I guess I'm a coffee snob but the coffee here was weak and had no flavor. The rooms are nice and quiet and the people working here are nice.
