4.894 reviewsThe hotel is beautiful and luxurious. They did not overlook any details with the property. However, the big miss is the poor AC system throughout the property in a city as hot as Monterrey. Room and all areas in the hotel feel uncomfortably warm, almost humid, making it unpleasant.
