I loved this hotel compared to other ones in the "Itsmo Oaxaca Region". They take care of the garden, The beds and sheets are good quality, comfortable and fluffy. But it's a shame that the televisions don't work, or at least they don't have the smart TV options for listening to some music or watching some movies/ videos. They're television that do not work . It's also a shame that they charge 15% of your food just by taking it to your bedroom. Very comfortable hotel. So tranquil but there were hardly any guests. Large spacious grounds. Easy walk to great places to eat. Nice big pool towels. Very clean. Lobby is upstairs so could be difficult if someone was disabled.
