Call center employees are rude and passive aggressive. Would not even give the direct number to the hotel in order to correct their mistake or refund the charge.
We went a few times to this hotel, value for money it’s fantastic and you are walking distance from city center with restaurants etc. each time service it’s excellent, always kind and they make you feel really welcomed!
