Had toiletries waiting in the bathroom with a toothbrush, toothpaste and slippers. Traveled with our 7 year old.they had a large pool for us. Will definitely be back and recommend.
We always stay at this hotel when in Torreon Mexico. We have stayed here so many times and always have a good experience. The rooms are clean, lots of super hot water, the AC blows super cold, and the rooms are comfortable. The rooms have large flat screen TVs, and are a nice size. The front desk staff are always very helpful and this time even helped us print our digital airplane ticket / boarding pass. It was very nice and even the restaurant… The incredible thing was that my brother, mother, sister-in-law, and nieces went to eat breakfast after staying there, at the time to get the check, the waiter said it was a courtesy from the hotel! We don’t really know if it was because of the four women eating on this day (March 8th), but it was for free! We were so happy!
