4.42249 reviewsExcellent hotel for our overnight stay. The room was spacious, the shower hot water had plenty of pressure and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was a bit limited and the pool water quite cloudy I would not swim as it didn't look healthy. Either not clean or too much chlorine. Friendly staff and easy check in. They helped with late checkout too which was very much appreciated.
this is our first night here and we are so blessed to be here. the attention to the services was very easy and accessible. close to food locations, and other services. the breakfast was amazing, scrambled eggs with tomatoes, chilaquiles and beans, it was so delicious i even had seconds. orange juice and fruit. it was just very pleasant and the people who work there are very nice and helpful.
Good quality price ratio. Pros: Friendly staff. I particularly appreciate the location near parks for an early morning run. Clean, comfortable rooms with normal amenities and an attractive pool area. Cons: surrounding area can be noisy. Note: continental breakfast consists of fruit, sweet yogurt, toast, juice and bad coffee.
Planning your trip to Tuxtla
Tuxtla Gutiérrez is Chiapas's working capital and, for most travellers, the trip's first night: the state's main airport is here, and so is the mouth of the Sumidero Canyon. The executive hotels line Boulevard Belisario Domínguez to the west — the most comfortable zone — while the Centro, around the Parque de la Marimba, offers simple rooms with the best local evening scene: marimba plays free every night. Our 2026 scans logged 23 hotels with a real price: from US$30 a night and a typical rate of about US$49 — the cheapest of the 40 biggest cities in our dataset. Honestly: Tuxtla is hot, low-valley, and short on glamour; its role is logistics — Sumidero at dawn, Chiapa de Corzo at midday — before climbing to San Cristóbal, an hour up the highway.
