They moved us to a different room which also had beg bugs and roaches!! They were rude about giving the money back and we had to leave the hotel for our safety. - This hotel is very loud as well - the area does not feel safe - they give one towel -the wifi is extra slow
Nice budget friendly hotel in the city center, room and toilet are clean, friendly staff. Great location to experience the life of Tuxtla.
Cheap hotel if you book with Expedia. Great breakfast. No hot water. But so noisey that I could barely sleep.
