3.4117 reviewsCustomer service was very good, every time I requested something they responded quickly. The rooms are dry, the place lacks a little maintenance, however, I felt comfortable. The place is well located, on the same block you can take the bus to go to different areas of Veracruz, in turn, being in the center of the city, you can walk there at ease.
Deplorable service, they offer you all the services according to, during my stay the telephone never worked for hot water, there was never any water, the screen was out of service at the last time they changed my room, now to end up in room 19, Koreans stayed and they were always in their underwear inside the room with the door open, they never deigned to go up to see if something was out of the ordinary, the staff only limited themselves to listening to the complaints but never solved anything, even the new manager of this hotel did not give a solution to nothing, the night staff is rude and…
